Choose Your Room Profile & Name: Visit the Instant Room Launcher, enter a meeting topic (or click Randomize), and pick your desired room mode.

Set Optional Security PIN: If you are discussing confidential financial, clinical, or legal matters, add a 4-digit PIN to prevent unauthorized link guessing.

Share Access Link: Click Start RTCE Meeting. Click the Copy Link button or dispatch it directly via WhatsApp to your clients.

Screen Sharing Guidelines

Click the Share Screen button on the control bar. You can choose between three modes:

Entire Screen: Best for multi-window demonstrations or live code walkthroughs across multiple applications.
Application Window: Shares only a single window (e.g. PowerPoint, PDF Viewer, or Excel) while hiding notifications and confidential background windows.
Browser Tab with Audio: Ideal for presenting video clips or web applications; check Also share tab audio for high-fidelity stereo sound transmission.

Troubleshooting Common Media Issues

How do I eliminate background echo or feedback?

Echo typically occurs when participant audio from external speakers enters an open microphone. Use headphones or earbuds, ensure the browser's built-in Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) is allowed, and ask non-speaking attendees to tap M to mute.

Why is my camera showing a black screen or blocked?

Check if another desktop application (e.g. Zoom, Teams, or OBS Studio) is holding an exclusive hardware lock on your webcam. Close competing applications, click the lock icon in your browser's URL bar, set Camera to "Allow", and reload the page.
